BODY PIERCING We require all minors to have parental consent, Valid Parental ID, Parental presence, and state or government issued Photo ID or Passport. Ex: Both parent and minor have ID's with matching last names and address, no further id is required. IF THE PARENT/MINOR NAMES OR ADDRESSES DO NOT MATCH WE WILL ALSO REQUIRE MINORS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. A School ID, Birth certificate, and Parents ID is a great example of proper documents for a Piercing. WE ALLOW NO EXCEPTIONS AND YOU WILL BE POLIETLY ASKED TO COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE THE LEGAL REQUIRED ID An artist may not perform body piercing on a person younger than 18 without the consent of a parent, managing conservator, or guardian and meeting the requirements of 25 Texas Administrative Code, §229.406(d).
